📦 Returns
- Returns are accepted within 1 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in original condition, and include all accessories, manuals, and original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse, drops, water damage, power issues, or unauthorized repairs are not eligible for return.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Pocket routers and SIM-related devices after activation
- Clearance or discounted items
- Products with missing accessories or broken seals
💰 Refunds
- Once your return is inspected and approved, we will notify you.
- Refunds are issued within 3–7 working days via your original payment method.
- If the item is not eligible for refund, it will be returned to you.
🔁 Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered for manufacturer defects only.
- Physical damage, burn marks, motherboard damage, and liquid damage are not covered.
